Power Parfait, Mmm:)

Hey everyone!
I go to Lifetime Fitness, a really cool gym that has locations across the country, and the other day I got this amazing power parfait and wanted to share the ingredients with you guys. Try and make it, you will probably love it like I did:) And it is good protein, plus it's healthy.

Ingredients:
Vanilla Yogurt
Cottage Cheese
Granola
Whey Protein
Blueberries, or any other fruit you would like to try with it.

Add to taste and mix. I hope you enjoy!

  2. I got the same recipe the other day from Lifetime. I tried it out today and found none of the ingredients are watery enough to blend in the blender. It was too dry to work. Any suggestions? Have you tried it?
