1 Teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar (NOT regular vinegar!)
2 Teaspoons of Cooled Down Green Tea
5 Teaspoons of Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Honey
2 MORE Teaspoons of Sugar
Put the ingredients in a bowl in the order instructed above, then stir. Transfer mixture to a glass jar and put it in the refrigerator. You can keep it in the refrigerator for 2 weeks before it goes bad, so that is about 4 uses since it is good to use it 2 times a week.
Instructions for the scrub:
Rub gently into your skin for 2-5 minutes and then let it stay on your skin for 10 extra minutes. Then wash it off, and your skin will feel great!
