Sorry I haven't posted in a while, I have just been super busy with homework lately:/ But otherwise school is going really good so far for me this year! I feel like I haven't done a vlog type video on any of channels lately and so no one knows what is going on in my life! Cross country season is also going good, I have a little under a month and three weeks left of cross country and I am sad because I don't want it to end! I love being with my team and I like cross country better than track so I want it to last as long as it possibly can:) I will update my blog about cross country after regionals or district and let everyone know how and did and stuff since some people wanted to know:) I might make a vlog video about my cross country season also, so look out for that in the future!

1 Teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar (NOT regular vinegar!)
2 Teaspoons of Cooled Down Green Tea
5 Teaspoons of Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Honey
2 MORE Teaspoons of Sugar
Put the ingredients in a bowl in the order instructed above, then stir. Transfer mixture to a glass jar and put it in the refrigerator. You can keep it in the refrigerator for 2 weeks before it goes bad, so that is about 4 uses since it is good to use it 2 times a week.
Instructions for the scrub:
Rub gently into your skin for 2-5 minutes and then let it stay on your skin for 10 extra minutes. Then wash it off, and your skin will feel great!
